Rev. Joseph Cohen is a member of our church, and I have known Joe since 1978, when I met him through Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship in White Plains, New York.

Joe was very instrumental in the program, "Washington for Jesus" in 1980, traveling with me to visit congressmen in the nation's capitol, asking them to return our nation back to "One Nation Under God".

In 1986, Joe was ordained at the Lake Street Full Gospel Church, in West Harrison, New York, and I was privileged to be there.

Joe is the founder of New Hope Ministries, which later changed it's name to "New Hope in the Lord International Ministries. This organization has helped countless thousands since 1980, providing food and clothing to the poor. This was later extended to help those in need with utility bills, rent and oftentimes, the cost of transportation. I have helped Joe in his fundraising for the poor over the years, and the response from those he has helped has been heartwarming.

Joe has brought several groups into the prisons in our area, and again, I was privileged to be there on many occasions. His knowledge of the Word and his presentation to those who would listen is awesome, causing many to repent and to receive the Word of salvation.

Many a church would be blessed to have him speak at one of their services, or better yet, allow him to speak during a three day revival. You will see people's lives changed.
